Our self-paced journaling video retreats are structured as online courses. Each video retreat is on a different topic related to wellness. Each video retreat has about 60-90 minutes of content and is broken out into smaller chunks or lessons. They include lessons on the wellness topic as well as guided journaling activities, with journal prompts and blocked out time with music for you to journal and put pen to paper.
Video retreats are provided on Thinkific. Once you purchase a video retreat, you will get an automated email from Thinkific to create your account on Thinkific to access your video retreats. You will have unlimited access to video retreats upon purchase, so you can take your time going through them, as well as come back to them later on.
