Our journaling circles, mini-retreats, and retreats are a safe, inclusive, affirming spaces where you can experience the healing power of guided journaling and art in community. We provide a mix of in-person and virtual experiences.

Virtual Weekly Wellness Journaling Circle

Fridays 12:15-1pm EST, October 10 - December 12, 2025.

End your week with an intentional, restorative pause.

These journaling circles are in invitation to slow down and reconnect with your inner wisdom, kindness, and love. Each session, you will be guided through gentle meditation, journaling, and conversation to process your past week, celebrate yourself, and approach the week ahead with intention. Through the facilitated conversation that stems from our journaling, you will both give and receive inspiration, drawing from the wisdom that everyone brings to the table.

Gratitude Vision-Boarding Mini-Retreat

In-person Tuesday, 11/25, 6-8pm EST, at Made With Love, 3419 18th St NE, Washington, DC 20018. $35 for one person, $60 for two.

Soothe your soul and calm your mind in this wellness mini-retreat. You will be guided through journaling and mixed-media collaging to make your Gratitutde Vision Board.

Your Gratitude Vision Board will be a source of grounding to fill your heart wth gratitude - whether it be gratitidue for yourself, your body, your people, your heritage, or more. Experience the mental health and wellness benefits of practicing gratitude, for both big and little things.
