You are worthy of your wellness.
It is a journey to go from saying "I am worthy" to believing it, then to living it.
We are here to support you in your journey. Our group wellness coaching programs provide intentional, affirming spaces for you to take a break from your daily grind, come back to a place of self-love, and tap into your inner wisdom to make positive changes that support your wellbeing.
We offer our wellness coaching in a group setting, recognizing that healing is human. We use guided journaling, discussion, and art to facilitate natural expression and human connection as key means support your healing and wellness journeys.
Currently, our two group coaching programs are:

"I am worthy": Women's Healing Journaling & Art

This series is designed for women who struggle with feelings of not being enough - despite being productive or high-achieving.
If you find yourself always pushing, always giving more and more of yourself, yet never feeling like you've done enough or are enough, then this series might be for you. If you are often hard on yourself, or if you feel you're not allowed to rest, then this series might be for you.
This series is here to support you in moving forward in your journey of self-worth and self-love, so that you can honor your rest, needs, and desires - guilt-free.
We will use guided meditation, journaling, discussion, and art. This is a gentle space for you to slow down and reconnect with yourself with love, kindness, and inner wisdom. There will be a balance of diving deep and making space for levity, celebration, and joy.
Over the six sessions, you will create your very own personal affirmations book that captures your reflections and insights and serves as a visual reminder that you are worthy.
The Journey
Over the six sessions, we will explore together what makes it hard for you to feel enough, release these internal barriers, and identify ways to connect with your self-love and self-worth in your daily life. Each session builds on each other:
Session 1: Where am I? Unpacking your relationship with yourself and your self-worth
Session 2: Where am I coming from? Exploring what shapes your sense of self-worth
Session 3: Where do I want to go? Envisioning what believing and living "I am enough" looks and feels like
Session 4: I can get there. Tapping into your inner love, kindness, and wisdom
Session 5: I will get there . Identifying concrete ways to believe, feel, and live, "I am enough"
Session 6: I am getting there. Celebrating your progress and yourself
We strongly recommend committing to all six sessions to gain the benefits of the experience and to build trust and community with all participants.
The Structure
In each session, we will:
- release your tension with a gentle, mindful stretch
- ease your mind with a grounding meditation
- reflect on your challenges, needs, and growth through guided journaling
- nurture your creativity, spirit, and inner child through guided art
- connect with each other through sharing of, and listening to, reflections
The Art! Create your personal Affirmations Book
The art medium we will use is watercolor and mixed media collaging. Over the six sessions, you will create your very own personalized affirmations book, drawing from your journaling reflections and our group discussions.
All materials will be provided. You will also receive a handmade starter wellness journal as part of this experience. This is not about trying to perfect art techniques. It is about using art to express yourself, nurture your humanity, and do something because it feels good :)

We are offering two options for our upcoming cohorts, one in-person and one virtual:
- IN-PERSON cohort, Oct 12 - Nov 16, Sundays 2:30-4pm EST, at Made With Love, 3419 18th St NE, Washington, DC 20018
- VIRTUAL cohort, Oct 9 - Nov 13, Thursdays 8-9:30pm EST, on Zoom. Materials will be mailed to you.
