At Centered Self, we believe planning is not just about getting things done, but how you get things done.
Our Centered Self Wellness Planners are designed to help you feel more organized and on top of things while also being mindful of how you are experiencing life. The Centered Self method both guides your planning and creates space for you to dance outside the lines!
You can choose your favorite cover, page type, and add your personal mantra to make your Centered Self Planner yours. Centered Self comes in two versions - our standard planner and our academic planner, designed for students and professionals balancing work and studies.
Centered Self planner features:
Monthly goal setting and reflection – guides you as you set goals and helps you center your energy, time, and resources in the right places. Our planners are undated so you may begin and continue your journey at any time.
Weekly action planning – set daily tasks and move into each next day with a clear picture of what you need to accomplish to stay on track. The two-page layout includes weekly “centered” activities to encourage your ongoing self reflection.
About the Creator
Tia Marie Brumsted, LICSW, LCSW-C (she/her/hers) is an integrative psychotherapist, meditation and sound healing guide in Maryland and DC. Her mental wellness practice, Centered Self, provides clinical mental health services, personal coaching, and community and workplace wellness experiences.
