About Journaling Workshops
Our standard workshops, shown below, are focused on wellness themes including mental health, balance, gratitude, inspiration, and joy. They help address common challenges including stress, burnout, and blurred boundaries.
Logistics: Standard workshops are one hour and held virtually. In-person options are available for organizations in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Structure: In each workshop, we teach the benefits of journaling, ways to journal, and ways to build a consistent journaling practice. We lead participants through three rounds of guided journaling, focused on the theme of the workshop. In each round, participants journal to prompts to soothing music, and then share reflections in small groups. The sharing of journal reflections enables participants to get to know each other on a more intimate level, build trust, and give and receive inspiration from each other.
Our workshops are a good fit for:
- Providing a dedicated space for people to slow down and take time for their mental health and well-being

Our workshops are culturally responsive and trauma-informed, designed to provide an inclusive, affirming space for people of diverse backgrounds to experience the power of guided journaling in community.
About our Workplace Wellness Debrief & Toolkit
