Community Journaling Mini-Retreats

You shouldn't have to travel far, take time off of work, or drop a lot of money to rest and restore your energy. That's why we hold Community Journaling Mini-Retreats.

Our virtual journaling mini-retreats are a safe, affirming, positive space where you can experience the healing power of journaling in community. In our one hour together, we gather on Zoom, and Zenit founder Alina guides us in a few journaling activities, where we journal to prompts focused on our wellness and share our reflections.

Even in the course of one hour, through our guided self care journaling and sharing of reflections with each other, real transformation is possible, whether it's processing your thoughts and feelings, releasing what's been weighing on you, making insights into what you need, or gaining clarity that empowers you to make changes that serve you.

This is a space to step away from the noise in your life and be with yourself - with love and ease - through your self care journaling. As we journal together and share reflections, we have real human connection and support each other.
