Mini-Retreat July 27, 7-8pm: Journal to Celebrate
Join us in a relaxing virtual "mini-retreat," where Alina will guide us in journaling to process your thoughts and feelings and celebrate yourself and others. Making space for intentional celebration is a powerful way to support our well-being. In our one hour together on Zoom, we'll first get grounded with a guided meditation. We'll then do 2-3 rounds of guided journaling focused on practicing self-love and celebration. We'll share reflections in an affirming, inclusive environment.
