Refund policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of delivery of your order for orders that are damaged during shipping. For a refund request, please contact us at alina@zenitjournals.com with your order number and details of the defect. We will provide you with an address for returns at that time and we will notify you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed and returned back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Refunds include the original shipping charges associated with your order. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
