How to Create Your Customized Wellness Journal

STEP 1: Choose the cover that inspires you.
Our customized wellness journals come in vibrant fabric print covers, because you deserve to feel pride and joy in the work you do for your mental health. Many of our covers use Ankara and Batik print fabrics rooted in African and Indonesian cultures.
STEP 2: Customize your journal for your wellness.
Navigate through each section to personalize your wellness journal.
The "Page Layout" step shows grey boxes where your journaling prompts will go on each page. Consider whether you want more open writing space or more structure in your wellness journal when you choose your wellness journal's page layout.
In the “Prompts” section, think about what you want to gain from your wellness journal. Click to open the categories to see the prompts. Choose the journaling prompts that speak to you. Our prompts are based in coaching, healing, and mental health practices.
Choose as many or as few journaling prompts as you like for your wellness journal. Your journaling prompts will cycle through in your self care journal. If you want a certain prompt to repeat on each page, select it in “Daily Prompts.”
You can add any text (in any language) to your wellness journal's title page. Add your mantra to see your mantra whenever you need a boost. A “mantra” is a short affirmation or quote that helps you feel good – affirmed, calm, inspired.
STEP 3: Feel it. Write it. Zen it.
Owning your custom wellness journal by Zenit is an act of self-love. Use your personalized prompts as a springboard into your daily self care journaling. They’re not homework questions to answer. If you write about something different, that’s OK. Let your heart and mind go where they want to go. You’ll still gain something from it for your wellness!
