"I Am Enough" Half-Day Wellness Retreat

A half-day wellness retreat with guided gentle meditation, journaling, and healing art to release feelings of inadequacy, practice self-love, and affirm your worth. You will get a handmade Starter Wellness Journal and create a personal affirmations book, with watercolor paints and acrylic markers. You'll take it home for whenever you need that pause and reminder, "I am enough."
