This video retreat has five wellness journaling lesson, each with guided prompts. These lessons are:

  1. Reflecting on positive and negative relationship experiences

  2. Unpacking what matters to you in your relationships

  3. Exploring how to bridge divides in relationships

  4. Setting healthy boundaries in your relationships

  5. Clarifying what you want and need moving forward in your relationships

Often, when we've been hurt, it's from a relationship - being let down, betrayed, or harmed by people we counted on. It takes work and deep reflection to identify and end toxic relationships, to establish healthy boundaries, and to build healthy relationships. It takes work and deep reflection to open ourselves up to trust and love.

The prompts and guided wellness journaling in this video retreat aim to help you gain clarity on what matters to you in your relationships, and to create, through your wellness journaling, a path forward for your relationships that serves your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.

I recommend spacing this retreat out and doing the lessons one at a time, not all in one sitting, because it will be a lot to go through in one sitting. Go at your own pace, one lesson at a time.
