We all go through times where we can use a reset. Like taking a shower, washing away whatever has been clogging our pores, breathing, coming out refreshed and renewed. 

In this wellness video journaling retreat, we use wellness journaling as a powerful tool to reset. This wellness journaling video retreat has guided journaling lessons with prompts for:

  1. Recalling what you experienced over the year,
  2. Reflecting on what you learned, and 
  3. Re-envisioning your day to day life moving forward.
  4. We end with two short activities - developing your personal self-care plan and coming up with your own commitment statement, affirmation, or mantra to carry you forward.

As we transition from summer to fall, we can use this transitioning of the seasons to carry us in a reset. We’re also still in the pandemic, but now, we’ve been through it for over a year. We’ve seen things. We’ve learned things. We know it’s going to continue. So how do we use our experiences to make changes that will serve us as we continue to navigate uncertainty?
