Award-winning author and life transition coach, Melony Hill, spends her time empowering sufferers of mental and invisible illnesses to break free of the stigma, stereotypes and shame they've carried to create the lives they desire and deserve.

Believing that journaling is a life saving practice, Coach Melony has led a free weekly therapeutic in since July 2017. Recently, the in-person workshop has become a virtual event. Co-founder Tom Williamson is a Mental + Emotional Fitness Coach and was inspired to co-create BRT as a way to make sense of the world after losing his father to cancer. His interdisciplinary approach to transformation comes from his experiences as an athlete, a Hollywood actor, an international youth mentor, and training in a myriad of leadership/mindfulness disciplines.

ZenFit Mindful Exercise Class

ZenFit is a mindful, beginner level exercise class designed to be accessible. As one of our students said, "It's like a full-body workout while meditating!" We do full-body strength-training exercises at a calm pace, focusing on breath, form, and technique. All videos are saved on ZenFit’s channel, so you can use them anytime.

ZenFit is developed by Alina Liao, Founder of Zenit. I don't believe we should measure fitness by how exhausted you feel at the end of a workout. I believe fitness is about learning to listen to your body, so you can build healthy, sustainable routines that honor your body. My experience as a competitive athlete and NCAA Division I gymnast gave me a deep appreciation for the value of listening to my body, and the importance of technique in exercising. I've now developed ZenFit to create an exercise class that incorporates mindfulness and is loving, community-oriented, and empowering. 

In our one hour together, we start with a body-scan meditation, warm up, do a full-body circuit of strengthening movements, covering our core muscle groups, and wind down with stretching and a body-affirming meditation. The vibe is calm and encouraging. I want you to walk away feeling accepted, supported, and inspired by what your body can do.
