Journaling complements wellness practices like meditation, exercise, and community-building. This page features some partner wellness resources that go hand-in-hand with your journaling practice.
We offer online programs: Writing Veranda, Wellness Writing, and Mental Health Talks, all of which aim to inspire you to write creatively and reflectively in a safe and welcoming environment.
In our free 45-minutes Writing Veranda sessions, we create space for people to connect, journal, and share. In each session, there are three prompts to choose from, and dedicated time to write and share out. In previous sessions, prompts have ranged from “an empty mason jar” to “I am unapologetic about…” to “without ___, I would...”.
Our Wellness Writing program offers deeper exploration into our mental health and wellness. We utilize evidence-based research and best practices from writing therapy to help participants engage in conversations and guided-writing to manage and evaluate their emotions with only a pen and paper.
Just as you would take care of your body by going to the gym and eating well, it is also important to take care of and nourish your mind. We encourage you to come join our community as a way to explore your mind to whatever depths you feel comfortable. More than anything, MindTerra is a community, and we invite you to join us in healing the world through your words.

Integrative Bodywork and Wellness
Brigitte Rawlings, LMT and BodyMind Coach
I’ve been a Massage Therapist for over 20 years and I customize each session based on what the client needs. I use a variety of techniques to help achieve your goals, whether for relaxation, chronic pain or emotional balance. This may include guided meditation, breath work, acupressure, swedish or deep tissue massage, stretching and/or energy work. I like to integrate different modalities to create a unique experience each session.
My newest offerings include BodyMind Coaching®, which includes a customized program to help transform how you want to feel. It is an embodied conversation that is designed to give voice to the body so that you can live more connected within yourself and make empowered choices in your life. I use Zenit customized journals as a tool that my clients can use during this process.
I value each session as a sacred experience, where I am honored to participate in a client's journey toward wholeness.

ZenFit YouTube Channel
ZenFit is a mindful, beginner level exercise class designed to be accessible. As one of our students said, "It's like a full-body workout while meditating!" We do full-body strength-training exercises at a calm pace, focusing on breath, form, and technique. All videos are saved on ZenFit’s channel, so you can use them anytime.
ZenFit is developed by Alina Liao, Founder of Zenit. I don't believe we should measure fitness by how exhausted you feel at the end of a workout. I believe fitness is about learning to listen to your body, so you can build healthy, sustainable routines that honor your body. My experience as a competitive athlete and NCAA Division I gymnast gave me a deep appreciation for the value of listening to my body, and the importance of technique in exercising. I've now developed ZenFit to create an exercise class that incorporates mindfulness and is loving, community-oriented, and empowering.
In our one hour together, we start with a body-scan meditation, warm up, do a full-body circuit of strengthening movements, covering our core muscle groups, and wind down with stretching and a body-affirming meditation. The vibe is calm and encouraging. I want you to walk away feeling accepted, supported, and inspired by what your body can do.
