BIPOC Journal for Healing & Liberation

  • We are framing this wellness journal as a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Journal for Healing & Liberation, with the recognition that BIPOC experience racism and oppression in varying ways and degrees. Through our varied experiences, we are in this journey of collective healing and liberation together.
  • This self care journal has six journaling sections, each with a cycle of prompts, to guide you through a journey:
    • Honoring My Pain
    • Deepening My Connection with My Ancestors
    • Affirming My Innate Self-worth
    • Savoring Love and Joy
    • Practicing Anti-racism in My Community
    • Working to Our Shared Liberation
  • In the back of this wellness journal, we have included additional racial healing and mental health resources, a non-comprehensive lists of mental health and racial justice definitions, and call script templates.
  • Throughout this self care journal, there are Self-Care Check-In pages for you to check in with how you’re doing, do some self care journaling, and get clarity on what you need to sustain yourself in your journey in healing, anti-racism, and liberation.
  • This wellness journal is 5" x 8.5" and has 200 soothing cream-colored, lined pages.
  • This wellness journal is hard-cover for durability and a premium look and feel.
  • Our wellness journals are handmade and hand-bound, allowing journals to fully lay flat when open. The lay flat design of our wellness journals makes it easier and more comfortable to write in them.
  • Our wellness journals include a black satin ribbon bookmark and a pen holder, making it easier to journal whenever inspiration strikes, or whenever you need to take a moment to vent or process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
  • This self care journal comes in a selection of vibrant, inspiring print fabric covers. Our print fabrics are Ankara and Batik cotton fabrics, which look dope and feel great to the touch. Choose the pattern for your wellness journal that you connect with most.

This racial healing journal was lovingly designed in collaboration by Alina Liao of Zenit; Astrologist, Activist, and Life Coach Tracey L. Rogers; and Kimberly Díaz and Andrew Daub of oneTILT.
